When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

For purchases made on the Nautical Supplies website where a request by the customer for cancellation of the order post-payment has been made, Nautical Supplies reserve the right to enforce a cancellation fee, which is deducted from the overall refund amount. This cancellation fee will not exceed 10% of the total cost of the item. This fee covers bank merchant and transaction fees incurred by the seller.
Return of Goods/Restocking Fees
For return of goods found to be improperly described or otherwise unsuited, Navionics Australia and ASIA reserve the right to change a restocking fee not exceeding 15% of the total item cost. This fee covers bank merchant and transaction fees incurred by the seller. Whilst Nautical Supplies will undertake all reasonable action to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. Items are eligible for return of goods 7 days from the date of invoice. Returned items are at the customer’s responsibility/cost until received by Nautical Supplies.
A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply if the goods returned for credit are received in a non-saleable condition, a non-valid reason provided for return, and where the packaging requires replacement to facilitate.
Warranty claims (for end users) will require proof of purchase from Nautical Supplies, and any other information relating to usage that may assist in evaluation of your claim.
